My name is Michele Castelnovo and I'm an accredited hiking guide, founder and owner of Trekking Lecco – a company which offers guided hiking tours near Lake Como.
I was born and raised in Lecco. I hold a degree in Philosophy and I'm also a journalist. For many years, I worked in Marketing & Communications in Milan.
At a certain point, I realized that I wasn’t living the life I wanted to live. So, I left my full-time job to follow my passion: guiding people in my backyard’s mountains. Today, my office is the untamed nature around Lecco – a place I truly belong.
